This is an informational meeting for new & returning, members. Most of the information discussed will be about our program and to answer questions. Also, it’s an opportunity for new team member to meet some of our current members. Coaches, are welcome to come too.

I STRONGLY recommend all NEW families to attend, as I know there is a lot of info being thrown your way. Many families, and their teens are can be quite overwhelmed with all of the expectations, and communications. There are a lot of moving parts and cooperation and support needed from families, for this team to be successful. This is team is organized and runs only thru volunteers, so your assistance in understanding how our program operates, and how practices are run, makes the team run smoothly.

If you have not downloaded the application yet, please do so. Communication, runs thru out team portal. All chat messages, alerts to communication, calendar changes, and comments to practice dates, that will have important updates, run thru the app.

If any team member would like to be a part of the presentation/meeting, i.e. share their race experiences, or talk about what the team has meant to them, let me know, I would love not being the only one talking. I get bored hearing myself talk.

I also welcome any parent who has been actively involved, to help answer any questions, new parents may have.
