Would love to have an opportunity for the team, their families and the coaches to get together, before we kick of the season (July 1st). We seem to do this only at the END of the season, and for races, when there is so much going on (traveling, race nerves, the racing) but no time to get to just hang and have fun. If you have been with the team awhile, you know we are like a big family. This would be a great way to welcome our new team members, coaches and their families.

Would love to have this be a potluck event. So while the adults are being social, the teens could be tie dying the shirts that I bought for the team. If we do a pot luck, I will need some help coordinating this. So pick a date, or as many dates that work for you, and I will, pick the day and time that gets the most votes! Once I get an idea of the numbers, then I may need to reserve space at one of our parks. Or if you have the space and want to host, that’s awesome too!

Please note, that I did get the shirts I ordered for the team, with our team logo on it to tie dye. When I set the date, set, I will need for the team RSVP. If I need to order more shirts, the only way I will know is for folks to rsvp yes or no.
