Hey everyone! Just wanted to just touch base about the upcoming dates for this season.
As team director, I start getting busy planning, recruiting, training, certification, fundraising, contacting sponsors, the list seems endless. I will let everyone know, when the 2023 team and coach forms have been updated. We have seen increased interest in our team. Our team size depends on the number of coaches, we have available to ride consistently with the team. If you want to insure that your teen will be on the team, please do not wait to sign up to reserve a spot.

I did want to put out a couple of dates and reminders.
MARCH 1 -
PitZone opens for Coach registrations.
I will send out separate communication on things that you can start on now to prepare to be ready for our first ride.
If you or you know someone who is interested in coaching, let me know, so I can contact them.
We will need more Level 2 coaches to accommodate our growing team. We also need Level 1 coaches (ride volunteers), to assist with our rides and practices.
APRIL 1 –
PitZone opens for Team (student athletes) registration.
April 1 thru June 30. – Preseason
All preseason team activities will be on the EVENT calendar. I will get these up, after I get activities submitted and approved by League Director.
July 1 – Season officially starts
At this time we will continue to have our team rides on Tues, Thurs, and Saturdays (July thru Aug).
RACE DATES!!!!!
• Race 1 – August 26-27
• Race 2 – September 9-10
• Race 3 – September 23-24
• Race 4 – October 7-8
• State Champs – October 22
Although two dates (Sat & Sun) are listed, we only race on one day. South and North Conferences race on separate days. Remember, we always preride the day before. So if we race on a Saturday, we preride on the Friday. The dates above do not include the dates for the Friday before the race weekend.
I will put these on our team calendar, but until I have details, I won’t schedule the pre-rides. As more information is known (like location and Southern Conference race days), the calendar will be updated accordingly.
I am so stoked to get things going again for this year.
